Privacy — the short version
This site sets no cookies and collects no data; the camera app runs entirely on your device.
The slightly longer version
No cookies, no trackers.There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party code watching what you read. We can't tell who visits this site, and we like it that way.
Your camera stays yours. The Super Hero Meapp asks your browser for permission to use your camera, and then everything happens on your own device. Your video and your pictures are never uploaded, never stored by us, and never seen by us — we couldn't look at them if we wanted to, because they never leave your computer. Close the tab and they're gone. If you print a flip-sheet, it goes from your device to your printer and nowhere else.
No accounts, no forms. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to, and nowhere on this site that asks for your name, email, or anything else.
One switch, saved on your device. The island puzzleremembers whether you muted its sound, in your own browser's storage. That's the entire list. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The boring hosting fact.The pages are served by Vercel, and like every web host it keeps standard, short-lived server logs to run the service. We don't use them for anything.
Links lead elsewhere.Our science links go to sites like Wikipedia, NASA, and the Nobel Prize — and the booth page links to opensauce.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies once you're there.
